The Cosmo had its cultural peak in the early 2000s, but this version isn’t here to relive your mum’s Sex and the City box set. It’s fresh, tart, clean and Casa-level modern, the kind of drink Carrie thought she was ordering, but wasn’t always getting.

(or a little unhinged), and want a cocktail that says:
“I may not have my life together, but I do have taste.”

Ingredients

  • 45ml Casa Vodka
  • 15ml triple sec (Cointreau for full SATC energy)
  • 30ml cranberry juice (the chic, non-cordial kind)
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • Orange peel or lime wheel

Method

  • Add everything to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake like you’re late to brunch at Pastis.
  • Strain into a chilled martini or coupe.
  • Garnish with flair — Carrie fringe optional.

Casa Tip: If it’s the colour of Miranda’s old hair dye, start again.
