Ingredients

  • 30ml Casa Vodka
  • 30ml Aperol (or similar aperitivo)
  • 90ml soda water
  • Orange slice, to garnish

How to Make a Vodka Spritz

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the vodka, Aperol, and soda water. Give it one stir. Garnish with an orange slice and act like you're only having one.
