Who may enter
The only persons who may enter into the competition and be awarded prizes are those people specified in Condition 1.1 and who are not (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition; or (ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors, including any spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee or contractor. Persons must reside within Australia. 

How to enter
The promotion will be hosted on Instagram. Entrants must follow Casa Spirits (@sip.casa) and The Daily Aus (@thedailyaus) tag two friends they would share the prize with on the compeition post here. By completing these activities, the entrant accept the terms and conditions of entry.  By entering the competition, entrants’ consent to receive marketing communications from Casa Spirits & Cocktails. 

Duration
The competition commences at the time specified in Condition 1.2 on the date specified in Condition 1.3. Entries must be received by the time specified in Condition 1.4 on the date specified in Condition 1.5. 
 
Selection of Winner

There will be one (1) winner drawn from the total entrant database at the time specified in condition 1.6 on the date specified in condition 1.7 and will be conducted at the location specified in condition 1.8. The first valid entry as per condition 1.1 drawn will win the prize. The ‘Casa win a trip to Byron Bay competition’ is a game of chance. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the promotional period and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a.) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information; (b.) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they were incorrectly uploaded or misdirected, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; (c.) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; (d.) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (e.) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or (f.) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under either Promoter’s control); (g.) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference. Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
 

Winner Notification, Publication and Redraw
The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours after the draw. The winner will be contacted via the email address which was entered into the competition. Despite the Promoter’s best efforts to contact the prize winner or deliver a prize, if a prize remains unclaimed by 28 November 2025 then, subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original prize draw on that date to distribute the unclaimed prize. The first valid entry drawn will win the unclaimed prize. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email 48 hours after the draw.

There is one (1) winner drawn who will receive: 

a) Flights to and from Byron Bay. Depending on origin location of the winner, flights will be organised for three adults by a Casa Spirits & Cocktails representative. 

b) Accomodation in Brunswick Heads at the The Sails Motel at 26-28 Tweed Street, Brunswick Heads.

• Valid for 12 months from the prize draw date, subject to availability.
• Blackout dates: Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
• All guests must be 18+; a valid credit card is required on check-in.
• Standard booking terms and cancellation policies apply.
• Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, gift vouchers or resale, and cannot be used for existing or past bookings.
• Additional charges (e.g. minibar, food & beverage, extra guests) are the responsibility of the winner.
• Check-in from 2pm; check-out by 10am.

c) $300 food and drink voucher to Bang Bang, Byron Bay

d) 1 case of Casa RTDs. Please drink responsibly. Privacy and Copyright 

By entering the competition, the prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image, videography and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, as Bottled Creations, T/A Casa Spirits & Cocktails see fit. 
 
By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to receive marketing emails the Promoter. Participants will have the option to unsubscribe to communications should they choose at any point. 

Disclaimer and Indemnity

To the extent permitted at law, the Promoter and their related entities, officers, employees, contractors and agents disclaim any liability of any kind (including in contract, tort and breach of statutory duty) for loss, personal injury, death, property damage or otherwise that you may suffer yourself or cause to other persons or property directly or indirectly related to the prize. The prize winner and his/her guests acknowledge their personal responsibility and knowingly and willingly assume the risks associated with any activities related to the prize. The Promoter do not condone or encourage in any way the consumption of alcohol or use of illicit narcotics. The prize winner and his/her guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promoter and their related entities, directors and officers for any and all claims, demands, suits, loss, damage, injury, and liability, including costs, expenses, and reasonable solicitor’s fees arising from, or in any way connected with, the prize. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
